12.PRVI KADAR-AWARDS

NAGRADE FESTIVALA

  1. GRAN PRI „STEĆAK KNEZA PAVLA” ZA NABOLJI FILM FESTIVALA dodeljuje se filmu Nuklearne senke autora Mareka Leščevskog.

Obrazloženje:

Iznenađujuće zrelo ostvarenje mladog autora Leščevskog besprekorno stilizovanim filmskim jezikom, bez ijedne izgovorene replike, oslikava posledice sveopšte nuklearne katastrofe, vodeći nas kroz opustošeni postapokaliptični svet iz koga ljudska duša simbolično pronalazi svoj put oslobođenja iz beznađa u obliku ptičice koja odleće u nebo, koje još uvek postoji…

  1. "KAPIJA ZVORNIKA" ZA NAJBOLJU REŽIJU dodeljuje seRozi Hani Cigle iz Nemačke za dokumentarac Porodični život

Obrazloženje:

Autorka Roza Hana Cigle nam, naoko hladnim, realističkim i objektivnim rediteljskim postupkom, sa dugim kadrovima, u usporenom montažnom ritmu i bez pokreta kamere, u maniru velikih severnoevropskih slikara realista, prezentuje život jedne porodične zajednice na izolovanom seoskom imanju. Rezultat je uverljivo i gotovo potresno poniranje u najintimnije kutke duša pojedinaca, čiji životi pulsiraju pred okom kamere.

  1. "PEČAT KNEZA PAVLA" ZA NAJBOLJI KRATKI IGRANI  FILM U SELEKCII "ЕX YU KRATKI" dodeljuje se ostvarenju Poslednji zapis Leonida Šejke, reditelja Zlatka Stojilovića (Srbija)

Obrazloženje:

Inventivno kombinujući izražajne postupke karakteristične za eksperimentalni i igrani film, autor Poslednjeg zapisa Leonida Šejke ostvaruje neobično kompaktnu, veoma zgusnutu i nadrealističkom simbolikom protkanu narativnu strukturu upečatljive arhitektonike prizora.

  1. FILMSKA KLAPA ZA NAJBOLJI STUDENTSKI DOKUMENTARNI FILM U SELEKCIJI “NOVI POGLEDI” dodeljuje se filmu Obeleženi Jovana Dopuđa (Srbija)

Obrazloženje:

Zaogrćući paralelni pripovedni siže intrigantnim alegorijskim ruhom, autor dosledno insistira na kontrastu koji sudbinu usamljenog pojedinca razdvaja od usuda mase prepuštene životnoj stihiji.

  1. FILMSKA KLAPA ZA NAJBOLJI STUDENTSKI KRATKI IGRANI FILM U SELEKCIJI “KLJUČ ZA FILM” dodeljuje se kratkom igranom ostvarenju Aleksandre Odić Kineski zid (Njemačka)

  1. SPECIJALNA NAGRADA PO ODLUCI ŽIRIJA

Dokumentarnom filmu Radoslava T. Stanišića “Neprilagođeni filmski grof” (Crna Gora) dodjeljuje se nagrada za kompleksan uvid u autorski opus jednog nepravedno zanemarenog filmskog stvaraoca, Mila Đukanovića, koji je dao izuzetan doprinos razvoju jugoslovenske, crnogorske i srpske filmske umetnosti.

  1. SPECIJALNA NAGRADA PO ODLUCI ŽIRIJA

FESTIVAL’S AWARDS

1.       GRAND PRIX “TOMBSTONE OF PRINCE PAVLE” FOR THE BEST MOVIE OF THE FESTIVAL is awarded to Nuclear Shadows by Marek Leszczewski

Explanation:

A surprisingly mature work of the young author Leszczewski, illustrating with an impeccably stylized film language, without a single line pronounced, the consequences of an overall nuclear catastrophe, by taking us through the devastated post-apocalypse world, from which a human soul symbolically finds a way to liberation from hopelessness in form of a bird that flies into the sky, which continues to exist…

2.       “THE GATE OF ZVORNIK” FOR THE BEST DIRECTION is awarded to Rosa Hannah Ziegle from Germany for the documentary Family Life

Explanation:

By using seemingly cold, realistic and objective cinematography techniques, long shots, slow editing rhythm and still camera, in the manner of the great Mid European realist painters, the author Rosa Hannah Ziegle presents a life of a family on an isolated countryside estate. The result is a convincing and almost distressing plunging into the most intimate parts of the souls of individuals whose lives are pulsing before the eyes of the camera.

3.       “STAMP OF PRINCE PAVLE” FOR THE BEST SHORT MOVIE IN SELECTION “SHORT STORIES”is awarded to the film Real Man Don’t Cry by Lucas Castan (Spain)

Explanation:

Real Man Don’t Cry is a workthat finds, with sincere empathy and distinguished yet discrete actor’s appearance of Alfonsa Lare featuring the father, a fresh and original way to present a story, told many times before, about a boy with a disability who will not be able to fulfill his dreams despite his great wish.

4.       “STAMP OF PRINCE PAVLE” FOR THE BEST DOCUMENTARY MOVIE IN SELECTION “IN FOCUS” is awarded to Anatomy of A Miracle by Allesandra Calesia (France)

Explanation:

By simultaneously following two completely disparate life stories, in the context of waiting for a religious miracle, the director explores the acts, hopes and dreams of stigmatized individuals who do not necessarily realize that life itself is an incredible miracle.

5.       “STAMP OF PRINCE PAVLE” FOR THE BEST DOCUMENTARY MOVIE IN SELECTION “EX YU IN FOCUS” is awarded to Enkel, by Aleksandar Reljić

Explanation:

A film about one of the greatest crimes in the human history connects two apparently unrelated life stories – the story of a survivor of the Auschwitz concentration camp and the story about the grandson of Rudolf Hess, the commander in charge of the Auschwitz, confirming in a most apparent way Hannah Arendt’s theory of the banality of evil.

6.       “STAMP OF PRINCE PAVLE” FOR THE BEST SHORT MOVIE IN SELECTION “EX YU SHORT STORIES” is awarded to the Last inscription of Leonid Šejka, directed by Zlatko Stojilović (Serbia)

Explanation:

By inventively combining the expressive techniques characteristic of the experimental and feature film, the author of the Last Inscription of Leonid Šejka accomplishes an unusually compact, rather dense narrative structure with elements of surreal symbolism and remarkable architecture of sites.

7.       FILM CLAPBOARD FOR THE BEST STUDENT DOCUMENTARY MOVIE IN SELECTION “NEW VIEW” is awarded to the Marked, directed Jovan Dopudj (Serbia)

Explanation:

By covering a parallel narrative summary by an intriguing allegoric guise, the author consistently insists on the contrast that separates the destiny of a lonely individual from the doom of masses left to the chaos of life.

8.       FILM CLAPBOARD FOR THE BEST SHORT MOVIE IN SELECTION “KEY FOR THE MOVIE”

Is awarded to the Great Wall of China, directed by Aleksandra Odić (Germany)

Obrazloženje:

The Great Wall Of China is a story about the relationship within a family and between the neighbors, built in the shadow of post-war depression, told from a clearly child’s perspective. Each character is trying to overcome various personal and intrapersonal walls, while some of them are living with a hope that by escaping to a different surrounding they will help overcome all these barriers.
